Summery
The Techbelt 200HSLW joining system is a light weight, high speed vulcanising press specifically designed for splicing Polyurethane and PVC conveyor belting quickly and reliably without the need to use a water cooling system.
The 200HSLW series all benefit from:

- A bagless pressure system so less chance of pressure loss
- Light weight heater element with low thermal mass for quick cooling

Specification
Platens: The Heating system is integrated as part of the frame work utilising a high speed element that sits on an insulative layer for belt conformability and highly efficient cycle times.
Frame: The frame forms the main body of the press and platen and is manufactured from high strength steel to ensure beam stability under pressure. The frame is also a low profile system for ease of access and low overall weight.
Control Panel: Easy to use and built in to the body of the frame the multi parameter controller panel doesn’t need to be carried around as a separate unit and therefore is at less risk of damage as with external units.
Pressure/Cooling: Pressuring the pneumatics of the press is carried out with use of a lightweight hand pump however if a foot pump if preferable then this can also be used.
The press cools with out use of water and works on a low thermal mass principle ensuring very quick cycle times.
