Roller conveyors can be manufactured in either powered version of gravity fed.
Gravity fed types are low maintenance low costing conveyor that can be designed to run in straight lines or even zigzag if required.
Order picking processes or manual packing lines can often use these types of conveyor as well as unloading heavy boxes from van and vehicles on larger more heavy duty versions.
The two main ways of set up are either to have the conveyors level and flat in order to allow boxes and products to easily be pushed and continue under its own weight or have them on a slight incline to let gravity to the job. The conveyors can easily be manually adjusted to do either with the use of easily altered feet.
Depending on the environment they are to be situated the roller conveyor can be manufactured in with powder coated mild steel or stainless steel versions.
The roller conveyor can also be manufactured with 90 degree bends that incorporate a series of wheels for ease and diversity of use.
