Safety Barriers
Technical Engineering Services is experience in manufacturing a wide range of machine barriers and guards.
We offer heavy duty low level cylindrical barriers used to protect production lines from fork lift truck and other heavy machinery that can be drilled and cemented in place on site by our Engineering team.
We also offer higher mesh fencing that can be manufactured to enclose a single piece of machinery or part of a process. Doorways openings can be fabricated in to these systems for ease of access.
Doorways can be offered with locking systems that incorporate sliding locks, keys, or easy to open push types.
Guarding
Individual designs for specific machines that may be man operated that require modernisation to meet current legal safety regulations can also be made to custom fit most sizes and types of machinery.
We are able to manufacture these with mesh covering or shatter resistant polycarbonate sheeting depending on the application or requirement.
If safety switches or power cut offs need to be fitted we can incorporate this in to the design and the time of specification.
