Technical Engineering Services carries out repair; maintenance and installation work on food process equipment on a daily basis and has annual contracts in place with one of the world’s largest food manufacturing facilities.

Industrial Ovens
- The modification and installation of guards and conveyor belts as well as overhauling.
Extrusion Lines
- Repair and replacement of part to extrusion heads
Mixing Equipment
- Stainless Steel welding and mechanical repairs
Blenders
- Replacement of bearing and motor on rotary shafts and blender heads
Fryers
- Changing and cleaning of pumps, fabrication work, changing metal and Teflon conveyor belts
Hoppers and Chutes
- Welding repair as well as installing UHMW sheeting
Overhead Conveyors
- Replacing motor and gearboxes, rollers and covering and installing belts and
Coolers
- Maintenance and repair to motors and pipe work as well as rollers drives and belts.

- Replacing chains and worn parts as well as fitting UHMW wear guides.
